A major Belgian financial institution is expanding its enterprise GenAI capabilities and needs an AI Coach to support adoption of LLMs, chatbots and predictive models across business and HR teams. This role combines technical experience with coaching and change management to identify high-value use cases, run proofs of concept, and make sure solutions comply with the organisation's AI governance framework.
The mission
You will join a cross-functional effort to embed AI into day-to-day processes, with a focus on HR use cases and broader business adoption. The technical landscape includes large language models, conversational agents, and predictive analytics; your work will connect project teams, central AI governance, and end users to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and deliver measurable productivity gains.
On a typical day you will translate business needs into deliverable pilots, run hands-on workshops and coaching sessions, and support teams adopting tools such as Copilot and other LLM-based assistants. You will prioritise opportunities, help design proofs of concept, and track adoption metrics so projects align with business priorities and the organisation's AI adoption and governance framework.
Your responsibilities
- Drive the identification and prioritisation of AI use cases, delivering clear business impact assessments and feasibility recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into technical POC scopes, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deliver working pilots.
- Coach end users and managers through adoption, producing reference materials such as prompt libraries and runbooks to secure daily productivity gains.
- Ensure projects comply with AI governance, risk and ethical requirements by embedding controls and documenting decisions.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions and stakeholder briefings to raise awareness and share best practices and success stories.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations to operationalise successful pilots at scale.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience combining technical and business roles, with demonstrable results in AI or analytics initiatives.
- Practical technical experience with GenAI, including LLMs, chatbots and predictive models, and the ability to explain these concepts in plain language.
- Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance, risk assessment and ethical considerations for production use.
- Business-facing experience in HR or similar functions, able to spot automation opportunities and quantify business value.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills; experience delivering workshops and coaching sessions.
Preferred skills
- Experience leading digital or AI transformation initiatives and driving adoption across multiple departments.
- Proven ability to design and run proofs of concept and scale pilots into production.
- Change management skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Education
- Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent practical experience in analytics, computer science, HR analytics or related fields.
