The Global Cash Management competence centre serves the group-level corporate cash and payments franchise and is currently expanding workstreams on digital currency, DLT and blockchain. This Senior Business Analyst role exists to strengthen program delivery for digital currency initiatives and international payments ecosystems, working closely with program management, product teams, central IT, operations, legal and compliance.
The mission
The team defines product vision and governance for payables and receivables services at group level and translates strategy into roadmaps and measurable KPIs. The work covers digital currency strategy and products, correspondent banking operating models and the integration of DLT and blockchain prototypes with existing payment rails.
You will support the Program Manager in coordinating multiple project streams that prepare executive-level committees and steer stakeholder alignment. Day to day you will document business vision and needs, own specific initiatives from requirements to validation, track financials and KPIs, and ensure smooth liaison between product teams and central IT. Your work will feed into committee packs and decision points for senior management and quality gates for delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Drive clear business requirements and acceptance criteria that enable IT and product teams to deliver digital currency and payments features
- Produce and maintain program artefacts, including roadmap, KPI dashboards and financial tracking, to support executive committees
- Lead stakeholder alignment and governance facilitation across product, IT, operations, legal and compliance teams
- Manage risk, issues and quality controls for assigned initiatives, ensuring validation and release processes are documented and followed
- Own end-to-end delivery for specific initiatives, coordinating vendors and internal teams to meet milestones
- Validate product-team outputs and escalate decisions where necessary to keep program timelines and quality on track
Your profile
Essential skills
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a business analyst in project-driven environments, ideally at senior level
- Proven capability to work across IT, operations, legal and compliance stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of international payments ecosystems and correspondent banking operating models
- Practical understanding of DLT, blockchain technologies and digital currency concepts
- Experience in payments management and banking product environments
- Strong analytical, structured and documentation skills, with experience preparing materials for executive committees
Preferred skills
- Experience in finance and treasury is an advantage

- French, C1 or native level, mandatory
- English, C1 or higher
- Dutch, B1, is a plus
Education
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent professional experience
