The organisation operates an employee benefits and health care line that serves Benelux and broader European operations, managing a complex application landscape for customer and employer journeys. This role focuses on identification and master data across that application architecture, emphasising data quality and data analysis to reduce downstream operational and regulatory friction.
The mission
You will join the Business Engineering function responsible for application reliability and a portfolio of delivery initiatives. The team manages multiple front- and back-office systems that capture, transform and consume identification data used in digital customer journeys, partner communications and statutory exchanges, and the work ensures those flows remain accurate and consistent.

You will work with analysts, architects and business owners to prioritise fixes, feed monitoring dashboards and support change activities so that identification and master data are handled correctly across processes and applications.
