A major Belgian financial institution is updating its sourcing and procurement landscape with a rollout of the Ivalua (PWise) procurement platform to replace legacy processes and improve supplier management. This senior change manager role combines hands-on testing and deployment support with user adoption work, requiring experience with ticketing tools and Microsoft SharePoint to coordinate incidents, documentation and training materials.
The mission
The project is a cross-functional procurement transformation: the Ivalua implementation will centralise contract creation, approvals and supplier data across business and supplier-facing teams, under strict regulatory requirements. You will work inside a dedicated change team alongside procurement, IT and vendor specialists to validate configurations, ensure accurate historical data migration and support phased releases.
On a day-to-day basis you will own operational change activities: participate in testing cycles, log and track incidents using ticketing tools, validate fixes before deployment and sign off key business scenarios. You will also design and deliver role-based training in French, Dutch and English, produce user guides and video tutorials, and manage post-go-live feedback and continuous improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Lead acceptance testing and validation efforts to ensure the Ivalua configuration matches business requirements and regulatory constraints.
- Coordinate incident management using ticketing tools, tracking resolutions and verifying fixes prior to production deployment.
- Oversee data migration checks and scenario testing to guarantee accurate contract, supplier and approval-process data in production.
- Design and deliver targeted training sessions and supporting documentation for advanced and occasional users as well as external suppliers.
- Monitor user feedback after go-live and drive iterative improvements to processes and training materials.
- Maintain structured knowledge base content in Microsoft SharePoint and OneNote to reduce repetitive support requests.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Proven capability as a change manager with at least 5 years’ experience in organisational development or change roles within sourcing and procurement.
- Practical experience using ticketing tools to log, prioritise and track incidents through to resolution.
- Strong working knowledge of procurement tools and processes, able to validate workflows, access rights and approval chains.
- Confident author of user documentation and trainers, experienced delivering live sessions for mixed audiences.
- Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, OneNote and the Office suite to manage documentation and knowledge sharing.
Preferred skills
- Hands-on familiarity with Ivalua (PWise) or other procurement platforms is an advantage.
