Campaign measurement has become the bottleneck for fast marketing decisions, with multiple channels, dozens of experiments and no single truth. As a Data Analyst with strong Power BI and Adobe Analytics skills you will close that gap, turning cross-channel campaign data into the concrete actions that lift conversion rates.
The Mission
You will join a marketing performance cluster that runs hundreds of digital campaigns a year for the Belgian retail banking market. The technical landscape combines Adobe Analytics, SemRush and Sprinklr for channel measurement, SQL and SAS for modelling, and Power BI or Tableau for reporting. The outputs feed daily operational dashboards and weekly executive reports used by product owners, channel leads and Run & Change teams.
In this role you will own the KPI layer and reporting pipelines that link campaigns to customer behaviour and revenue. You will design attribution queries in SQL, maintain SAS-based models, build interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards and translate findings into prioritised optimisation recommendations. Your work will reduce decision time, increase conversion lift and raise the performance literacy of marketing stakeholders through documentation and training.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive measurable improvements in campaign conversion and cost per acquisition by delivering timely, actionable insights.
- Build and maintain Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards that visualise funnel behaviour, channel ROI and test results.
- Translate raw data from Adobe Analytics, SemRush and Sprinklr into attribution-ready datasets using SQL and SAS.
- Design and validate A/B test and attribution analyses that lead to concrete optimisation actions.
- Automate reporting pipelines, enforce data quality checks and document reproducible processes for stakeholders.
- Train marketing users and Run & Change colleagues, producing clear guides and hands-on sessions that increase adoption.
Your Profile
Essential Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver user-facing reports in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Practical experience with Adobe Analytics, SemRush and Sprinklr for channel tracking and competitive insights.
- Strong SQL and SAS skills to build attribution models and automate ETL.
- Advanced Excel for ad-hoc analysis and model validation.
- Clear communicator who converts analysis into prioritized recommendations and trains non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of marketing performance KPIs, the marketing funnel and conversion funnel.
- Experience with A/B test analysis and uplift measurement.
- Familiarity with campaign tagging conventions and measurement governance.
