As an HRIS Functional Consultant, you will help a Walloon innovation-focused organization strengthen its people processes by rolling out three key modules in its existing Exact Officient environment: Performance Management, Learning Management and Competency Management. You will lead the functional analysis, translate business needs into clear specifications, and advise stakeholders on platform best practices. Working closely with HR and IT, you will configure and test workflows, roles and dashboards, ensure GDPR-compliant data handling, and contribute to integrations and data migration so the modules fit seamlessly into the current HR ecosystem.
This role will suit someone who enjoys combining HR process knowledge with hands-on system configuration and stakeholder guidance. You are comfortable facilitating workshops, turning complex needs into pragmatic solutions, and supporting key users through training and adoption. The position is based in the Namur region with hybrid working and remote flexibility. You are fluent in French and can collaborate smoothly with local stakeholders; a professional working knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a strong plus, especially when coordinating with external vendors or multi-site teams.
