The organisation operates the national central banking functions within a larger Eurosystem context, and this role exists to support the Cyber Resilience Program through the delivery of Identity and Access Management capabilities. You will work inside the Identity and Access Management team to design and validate IGA workflows and integration with Active Directory and LDAP, focusing on JML processes, RBAC models and SoD controls.
The mission
You will contribute to a multi-year IAM implementation that replaces legacy manual entitlement processes with an Identity Governance and Administration solution. The technical landscape includes an enterprise IGA tool, Active Directory, LDAP directories and integrations with internal applications; the work supports regulatory compliance and operational resilience across the organisation.
On a day-to-day basis you will bridge business stakeholders, internal IT teams and an external integrator to translate business rules into IGA specifications. Typical activities include designing access request and recertification workflows, validating provisioning and deprovisioning logic for JML scenarios, running tests with technical teams, and creating the operational documentation and training that allow business approvers to adopt the new processes.
Your responsibilities
- Define and author IGA workflow specifications that deliver auditable Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and reduce manual entitlement exceptions
- Validate end-to-end provisioning and deprovisioning by executing test scenarios, logging defects and confirming fixes with the integrator and AD/LDAP teams
- Design role based access control models and SoD rules in collaboration with business owners to enforce least privilege and support access reviews
- Produce clear functional and technical documentation, release notes and user procedures so that approvers and helpdesk teams can operate the IGA solution
- Lead workshops and training sessions for business approvers to increase adoption and capture feedback for iterative improvements
- Define and track IAM metrics and dashboards such as access review completion rates, SoD violations and orphaned accounts to measure compliance improvements
