As PMO Office Manager for a strategic IT project, you will be responsible for establishing and running the PMO to ensure governance, coordination and the quality of deliverables. You will manage overall planning, milestone tracking, risk management and the consolidation of key indicators. The programme concerns the rewrite of a critical business application of ERP type with many interfaces and a strong interdependence between business and IT teams, involving more than a hundred contributors. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the success of a major transformation within a leading public institution, by structuring robust processes and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate is organized, structured and comfortable facilitating complex workshops and governance committees. You are able to facilitate communication between business and IT, formalize requirements and ensure traceability through to development. The position is based in Brussels, in hybrid mode with presence requested on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (around 60% on site). A professional command of English is required, as well as a good command of French and Dutch to work effectively with all stakeholders. Dutch required. This role suits a Senior PMO or PMO Consultant profile wishing to bring their expertise in project governance and operational monitoring.
