A financial-services tribe focused on lending runs a cluster that manages products and applications from client contracting through portfolio risk oversight. This business analyst and process engineer role sits in the Risk & Credits tribe and combines process management, risk knowledge and an Agile way of working to redesign and operate end-to-end lending processes and the supporting applications.
The mission
The cluster In Life supports lending products, services and applications used across retail and corporate customer segments, with a continuous focus on operational simplicity, risk control and value realisation. The team defines product concepts, translates stakeholder needs into requirements and delivers process changes that must comply with legal, compliance and permanent control standards.
You will work inside a multidisciplinary squad and contribute across discovery, design and delivery cycles. Day to day you gather and validate requirements, model and redesign processes, define acceptance criteria and support testing of application changes. You will liaise with product owners, UX, IT architects, developers and operational teams to ensure process documentation, control points and performance metrics are in place and measurable.
Your responsibilities
- Lead analysis and modelling of end-to-end lending processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk exposure and measure realised value.
- Define solution requirements and acceptance criteria, and support the squad through sprint delivery to ensure changes meet business and control objectives.
- Design and maintain clear, concise process documentation and control matrices to support operational teams and compliance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement using formal methods and tools, identifying opportunities for automation and monitoring impact on KPIs.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops, present findings and secure prioritisation and buy-in from product owners and risk managers.
- Support or define test needs for application changes and participate in test cycles to verify process behaviour in production-like conditions.
