The organisation operates in the payments domain, managing specific payment flows such as cheques and other transversal processes. This position exists to engineer and optimise end-to-end processes using process modelling tools and flow charts, and to support sprint-backlog delivery with strong capabilities in process improvement and risk management.
The mission
You will join a multidisciplinary squad within the payments area that owns a set of payment products and related transversal processes. The technical landscape combines business process modelling, application change requests and operational tooling used by frontline teams. The work influences customer-facing flows and internal controls, and contributes to quarterly sprint deliveries.
Day to day you will manage the sprint backlog items prioritised by the Product Owner, produce end to end process documentation and run analyses to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. You will design new sub-processes, adjust existing processes, prepare and execute tests and demos, and follow through with change management and user support after delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Define and deliver new business sub-processes and updates to existing processes, producing clear end to end process documentation and flow charts that operational teams can follow
- Improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction by analysing KPIs, incident data and complaints, and proposing measurable optimisations
- Coordinate testing and prepare demos to validate process changes with business and IT, ensuring requirements translate into implemented behaviour
- Manage process-related risk and control activities, ensuring documentation and practices meet internal and external compliance requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steer change management activities so employees and customers adopt the new or changed processes
- Provide follow-up and user support after implementation to capture feedback and stabilise operations
Your profile
Essential skills
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in process analysis, modelling and improvement
- Proficient with process modelling tools and the creation of flow charts, able to produce E2E process maps
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques, with a measurable track record of efficiency gains
- Experience with testing and preparing demos, translating user stories into acceptance criteria and test cases
- Solid understanding of risk management and control frameworks in a regulated environment
- Strong analytical structuring skills, facilitation experience and clear written and oral communication
Preferred skills
- Practical experience with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
- Familiarity with payments operations is an asset

Education
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
