The role sits within an affluent and private banking organisation's COO office and exists to coordinate transversal risk and compliance initiatives. As Project Manager Business you will apply project management methods and business analysis to build training materials on fiscal specificities for foreign clients, and to simplify responsible remote selling and transactional control processes.
The Mission
The team supports transversal projects across risk, compliance and retail-facing sales processes, working on programmes such as training development for cross-border client specificities, IMS-related transactional control work, and simplification of remote selling governance. Work is delivered to multiple internal stakeholders across operations, compliance and business lines, and outcomes affect front-office procedures and audit readiness.
Day to day you will alternate between acting as a business analyst and as a project manager: gathering regulatory and business requirements, shaping a coherent training packet, setting up governance and meeting structures, and ensuring stakeholder co-creation. You will run workshops, track decisions and risks, and make sure action plans reach consensus and are followed through by responsible teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by defining and maintaining a clear governance and meeting structure, producing decisions and action logs that lead to measurable progress.
- Deliver coherent training collateral by consolidating regulatory inputs and business rules, ensuring materials meet audit and compliance expectations.
- Manage project scope, schedule and risk using formal project management methods and tools, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to secure buy-in, synthesise feedback and convert it into actionable plans.
- Monitor and escalate finance and risk impacts, producing cost or control-related recommendations where relevant.
- Maintain project documentation and handover packages so initiatives are operationalised by business teams without loss of fidelity.
