The Corporate Banking Enterprises team supports midcap and SME companies with tailored financing and advisory services. This Project Manager Business role exists to coordinate ESG-related initiatives across the Enterprises segment, working closely with Relationship Managers and internal experts, and requires hands-on use of Excel and familiarity with ESG frameworks.
The mission
The team coordinates ESG integration for midcap and SME clients across 14 Business Centres, supporting Relationship Managers who serve internationally active companies. The role sits inside Commercial Banking HQ and focuses on embedding ESG into client conversations, regulatory follow-up, and pragmatic process improvements that scale across the segment.
On a day-to-day basis you will act as the central ESG connector between front-office RMs and internal specialists, tracking progress on ESG assignments, preparing concise reporting and dashboards in Excel, and ensuring clear follow-up. You will work in a small programme team (3 to 6 people) and regularly liaise with up to 50 Relationship Managers and local Business Centres to translate ESG strategy into repeatable, business-facing actions.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate ESG initiatives across the Enterprises segment to ensure consistent implementation and measurable progress
- Produce and maintain reporting and dashboards, delivering timely visibility on ESG assignments to Sales management and stakeholders
- Support Relationship Managers by translating ESG requirements into practical client actions and sales opportunities
- Liaise with internal subject-matter experts to gather technical input and ensure regulatory and strategic alignment
- Simplify and document ESG processes to reduce friction in daily RM activities and improve repeatability
- Monitor delivery timelines and escalate risks so commercial teams can meet regulatory and strategic targets
Your profile
Essential skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a business, banking or advisory environment, with exposure to commercial teams
- Demonstrable knowledge of ESG principles and how they apply to corporate clients
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PDF tools for reporting and stakeholder communication
- Strong organisational skills with experience producing concise reports and following up multiple workstreams
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical ESG topics into client-focused messages
Preferred skills
- Practical experience with MS Office suite beyond basic reporting
- Prior exposure to Relationship Managers or front-office sales support
- Experience working in a corporate banking or financial services environment
