A large financial institution is implementing one or more HR software platforms to standardise HR processes and improve employee experience across the organisation. This role exists to lead HRIS implementation and change management activities, driving projects from requirements and blueprinting through UAT to go-live while coordinating internal and third-party teams.
The mission
The organisation is running HR transformation projects that consolidate tools and introduce new HR platforms used by HR operations and managers. The technical landscape includes vendor HR platforms, integrations to existing payroll and identity systems, and staged rollouts that must meet quality and compliance requirements. Delivering these projects on time and within scope will reduce manual work in HR and improve employee services.
You will manage end-to-end HR projects, owning scope, budget and planning, and developing change measures to secure adoption. Day-to-day work includes running analysis workshops to translate requirements into a blueprint, coordinating multiple project groups responsible for integration and data migration, and maintaining transparent project overviews for stakeholders. You will also organise UAT cycles, track testing progress and resolution of defects, and escalate blocking issues to partners to protect the go-live timeline. The assignment runs until the end of the year with a possible six-month extension.
