This role sits inside a major Belgian banking IT organisation that runs several cross-functional product teams delivering customer-facing and internal platforms. The position exists to ensure agile delivery practices are applied consistently across a product team, working hands-on with Jira and Confluence and supporting automated unit testing and continuous integration tooling.
The mission
You will join a cross-functional Agile team (typically 6 to 8 people) that delivers incremental functionality for retail and corporate banking platforms. The team follows Scrum and Kanban practices, produces regular sprint increments, and integrates automated unit and functional tests through CI pipelines. Your work helps keep delivery predictable and supports releases used by internal users and tens of thousands of customers.
On a day-to-day basis you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team and Product Owner on backlog refinement and Definition of Done, and remove impediments to flow. You will track velocity and capacity, produce transparent progress reporting for stakeholders, and act as an ambassador for Agile methods within the wider IT organisation.

- Track and report delivery metrics, capacity and velocity to enable realistic planning and stakeholder decisions
