The organisation is a major Belgian financial institution investing in its Channels and Customer Experience platforms. The Sales Data Stack squad focuses on transforming data flows between source systems and visualization layers to produce sales insights, so this role blends Agile/Scrum coaching with an understanding of data pipelines and Scrum-of-Scrums coordination.
The mission
This position sits inside a cross-functional tribe that connects data producers, the Data Hub, and sales analytics teams. The squad delivers features that move and transform data for dashboards and decision-making; work includes reducing technical debt in existing ETL flows, improving run-and-maintain processes, and delivering end-to-end features that affect sales reporting and forecasting.
Day to day you will act as the squad Scrum Master and delivery coordinator for features that span multiple teams. You will run ceremonies, facilitate cross-squad Scrum-of-Scrums, track and escalate risks and dependencies to the Delivery Board, and work with product owners and engineers to free capacity for refactoring and innovation. Typical interactions include organising delivery plans, reporting progress, and aligning with adjacent feature owners and release roles.
