Plans are signed, but the models are not. Strategic business cases cannot start as projects until architecture artifacts are executable and costed. The ccAE needs a Senior Enterprise Architect (Planification SI & LABNAF/Sparx) who can work in Sparx Enterprise Architect and model complex flows in BPMN to convert strategic intent into a phased, costed roadmap.
The Mission
Inside the public administration's Architecture Competence Centre (ccAE), several transformation programmes must be aligned so delivery teams can start with clear targets. The technical landscape mixes a legacy application portfolio, integration constraints and cloud-hosted services, and it requires precise, reusable architecture artefacts so solution teams avoid costly rework. Deliverables feed the strategic committee (CODIR/COSTRA) and determine which projects can move to execution.
Your primary deliverable will be to translate Strategic Business Cases into a validated roadmap. As Senior Enterprise Architect (Planification SI & LABNAF/Sparx) you will own planning: define As-Is and To-Be targets, produce costed transition scenarios, and present a roadmap validated by the strategic committee. You will maintain the LABNAF repository in Sparx Enterprise Architect, apply the LABNAF metamodel consistently, and produce BPMN process models that solution architects and analysts can implement.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver an architecture roadmap validated by the strategic committee that turns Strategic Business Cases into sequenced, costed initiatives.
- Translate Strategic Business Cases into concrete As-Is/To-Be scenarios and phased migration plans that reduce implementation risk.
- Maintain LABNAF repository in Sparx Enterprise Architect, enforcing the LABNAF metamodel so artifacts are consistent and reusable across programmes.
- Model business processes using BPMN to clarify functional boundaries, interfaces and data flows for solution teams.
- Define and enforce architecture directives, interoperability rules and verification criteria to lower integration effort during delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder decision-making, present technical trade-offs to steering committees and secure agreement on phased delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable briefing executive committees and negotiating trade-offs.
- Strategic planning capability, able to turn strategy into phased, executable plans that project teams can implement.
