A major Belgian financial institution is rolling out the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and is replacing its existing campaign tooling with Adobe Workfront to standardise campaign intake, creative workflows and digital asset management. This Senior Marketing Technology & Process Lead will combine hands-on Workfront configuration with process and change management to embed AEP-enabled workflows into everyday marketing operations, including integrations with Journey Optimizer, Analytics, AEM and creative tooling.
The mission
The programme is building a MarCom operational model that maps roles, processes and tooling to AEP capabilities. Workstreams include migrating teams from Wrike to Workfront, designing intake and approval flows for high-volume campaign work, and ensuring asset lifecycles are tracked in a DAM. The stack centres on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components such as Journey Optimizer, Target and Analytics.
You will lead the operational transformation for campaign operations and marketing operations across marketing, IT tribes and external Adobe partners. Day to day you will design and configure Workfront workflows and integrations, translate business needs into technical requirements for IT and Adobe, create SOPs and training materials, and run adoption sprints with operational teams. Expect to coordinate with a cross-functional group of marketing leads, technical architects and vendor consultants, and to deliver measurable adoption and efficiency improvements within project timelines.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the Wrike to Workfront migration and deliver measurable improvements in campaign throughput and approval cycle times
- Design and configure Workfront (custom forms, proofing, resource management, reporting) to support campaign intake, creative reviews and archiving
- Define and manage integrations between Workfront and AEM, Adobe Creative Cloud, Analytics and third-party tools such as Jira
- Translate business processes into technical requirements, process maps and SOPs, and maintain a single source of process documentation
- Drive adoption through role-based training, train-the-trainer programmes and regular performance monitoring
- Establish governance, KPIs and continuous improvement loops for marketing operations and digital asset management
Your profile
Essential skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign operations or MarOps
- Deep, hands-on expertise configuring Adobe Workfront, including custom forms, proofing, resource planning and reporting
- Proven experience managing integrations between Workfront and AEM, Adobe Creative Cloud, Analytics or tools like Jira
- Strong process and change management skills, including workflow redesign, SOPs, training and user adoption metrics
- Solid project management skills, able to structure programmes and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud components: Journey Optimizer, Target, Analytics and DAM
- Experience with agile marketing practices and digital asset management implementations
