A public health programme is completing the rollout of a new vaccination application suite, migrating existing regional vaccination systems to Vaccinnet 2.0. The role exists to coordinate rollout activities with programme leads, integration partners and user groups, combining hands-on onboarding work with stakeholder communication, using Agile practices and tools like Service Now and MS Project.
The mission
The project delivers Vaccinnet 2.0 to multiple user groups across primary and secondary care, including GPs, pharmacists and hospitals. The technical landscape includes integrations with local medical software, case 360 for integration scenarios, and a support chain that separates first, second and third line support. Deliverables include onboarding processes, presentation materials, FAQs and feedback loops between support teams.
Day to day you will design and run onboarding for integrators and end users, prepare stakeholder-friendly communications and run workshops and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences. You will coordinate third-line support activities via Service Now, maintain project documentation in MS Project outputs and Prince 2 aligned artefacts, and feed user feedback back into the development and support teams.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of onboarding programmes for integrators and user groups, ensuring measurable adoption outcomes.
- Own communication deliverables, producing slide decks, newsletters and stakeholder-friendly FAQs that reduce first-line support volume.
- Coordinate third-line support and the escalation flow in Service Now, and ensure issues are routed and resolved efficiently.
- Run workshops and presentation sessions for integrators and clinical users, and capture actionable feedback for development teams.
- Maintain rollout documentation and onboarding metrics in MS Project and Prince 2 style registers to support programme reporting.
- Facilitate feedback loops between 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support so FAQs and support procedures adapt to recurring issues.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Demonstrable experience coordinating software rollouts or product introductions, ideally for clinical or health sector applications.
- Practical knowledge of Agile delivery and the ability to translate development roadmaps into user-facing communication.
- Experience using Service Now for incident and escalation management, and familiarity with MS Project for planning and tracking.
- Capability to design onboarding, training and stakeholder-friendly FAQs that reduce support calls and speed adoption.
- Strong facilitation and workshop skills for mixed technical and clinical audiences, and experience liaising with integrators and vendor teams.
- Understanding of support models across first, second and third line support and how to operationalise feedback loops.
