Process Expert

As a Process Expert within an Agile Process Coaching team, you will help shape and maintain clear, efficient, and compliant IT processes that enable teams to deliver more value. You will define and evolve processes aligned with an enterprise process framework, bringing consistency across areas such as delivery, sourcing, and risk and security management. You will also identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities, and translate complex requirements into practical guidance and usable documentation. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy combining governance, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving IT environment.

You will thrive here if you are analytical, structured, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across IT delivery and production contexts. You can facilitate workshops, coach partners toward simpler and more mature ways of working, and communicate with clarity and diplomacy in multidisciplinary settings. The position is based in Brussels with a hybrid setup (around 2 days per week on-site). You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; a professional working knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
