Role Overview
You will manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, guiding internal customers from business case to live delivery. You will act as the primary partner for business stakeholders and IT teams, balancing value, budget, timing, scope and risk to secure real benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of agreed benefits while managing scope, budget and risks.
- Translate business cases into prioritized roadmaps and pragmatic plans together with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and coach teams on Agile ways of working; manage backlogs, sprints and delivery cadence to keep initiatives on track.
- Ensure clear, timely communication to all stakeholders — escalate blockers, align decisions and report progress with actionable metrics.
- Facilitate testing, feedback loops and retrospectives to improve quality and accelerate learning across projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and live status in Confluence, and track execution, backlogs and issues in Jira.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management delivering business and IT projects end-to-end.
- Strong practical experience with Agile frameworks, backlog prioritization and sprint governance.
- Advanced use of Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking and reporting.
- Proficient in Confluence for decision logs, project plans and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and communication skills — able to build partnerships across business and technical teams.
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch, English and French.
