The programme runs the national case management platform JustCase, a multi-project delivery effort to unify judicial case handling across Belgium. The role exists to strengthen project governance for active streams such as NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth and JustCase Labour, and to coordinate technical work that includes .Net development and Microsoft Dynamics integrations under Agile delivery. This position reports into programme governance and works alongside business owners, ICT teams and external suppliers.
The mission
The programme is a large-scale digital transformation for the judicial domain, delivering multiple concurrent projects that must remain coherent with the overall JustCase roadmap. Work involves coordinating releases, validating integrations with existing .Net services and Microsoft Dynamics components, and maintaining clear reporting to Steerco and management.
Day-to-day you will manage the operational delivery of one or more projects within the programme, tracking plan, budget, risks and dependencies using pm2 and Prince 2 principles while operating in an Agile environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, developers and external vendors to secure timely, high-quality deliverables and to ensure alignment across streams.
Your responsibilities
- Drive delivery of assigned projects to meet roadmap milestones, ensuring release readiness and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead risk and change management activities, escalating to governance when needed and maintaining up-to-date issue logs.
- Coordinate technical integration work between .Net teams and Microsoft Dynamics specialists to guarantee end-to-end functionality.
- Produce concise, evidence-based reporting for Steerco and programme management that supports decision making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help the team apply pm2 and Prince 2 controls where appropriate to maintain traceability and quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project practices and templates across the JustCase programme.
Your profile
Essential skills
- 2–5 years’ experience managing ICT projects, able to run multiple small to medium projects concurrently.
- Practical knowledge of Agile delivery and experience applying governance frameworks such as pm2 and Prince 2.
- Familiarity with technical stacks that include .Net and Microsoft Dynamics, comfortable coordinating technical teams and validating integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills, with an analytical, structured approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work in a complex multi-actor environment, aligning business, ICT and external partners to common objectives.
Preferred skills
- Experience in the public sector or judicial domain.
- Prior exposure to case management systems or large digital transformation programmes.
