A national judicial modernisation programme is unifying case management processes and delivering several parallel projects for emergency law, youth and labour modules. This senior project manager for data architecture role exists to coordinate programme-level data architecture and data management activities, with a practical focus on data migrations, integrations and data quality across multiple project teams. The role requires familiarity with Big Data patterns, relational databases, and connectors such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
The mission
The programme is entering a phase where data architecture decisions, migration strategies and release coordination determine whether new modules go live smoothly. The technical landscape includes heterogeneous source systems, a mix of relational databases and big data stores, frequent release cycles and third-party supplier integrations; work at programme level affects the stability of several dependent projects.
On a day-to-day basis you will lead cross-project coordination on data models, integration patterns and data quality controls. You will translate architectural decisions into migration plans, verify data completeness and consistency during releases, and report data risks and readiness to governance bodies. You will work with project leads, ICT teams and external suppliers to secure production deployments and manage data dependencies between projects.
Your responsibilities
- Lead programme-level data architecture initiatives, producing and maintaining canonical data models and integration patterns that reduce cross-system inconsistency
- Drive measurable improvements in data quality, defining validation rules, acceptance criteria and remediation workflows for migrations and releases
- Coordinate data-impact assessments for each release and migration, ensuring cutover plans include data reconciliation and rollback conditions
- Align business stakeholders, ICT teams and vendors on data requirements and delivery timelines, preventing blockers during go-live
- Report data readiness and residual risks to steering committees and governance bodies with clear, evidence-based dashboards and action plans
- Support the technical teams in securing production releases by validating migration scripts, test data sets and post-release checks
Your profile
Essential skills
- Proven experience as a project manager operating at programme level with responsibility for data architecture and data management
- Practical knowledge of data migration processes, data quality tooling and database technologies, including experience with big data patterns and relational databases
- Experience integrating or migrating data to/from Dynamics 365 and Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills in multi-actor environments, able to negotiate scope and dependencies across suppliers and business units
- Analytical, structured approach to problem solving and experience reporting to governance bodies
