Un tenant cloud gouvernemental partagé est le principal obstacle technique à une posture de sécurité plus propre et à la préparation NIS2. En tant que Project Manager SECaaS2 & Infrastructuurprojecten, vous serez responsable de la sortie du tenant et du suivi du déploiement SECaaS2, en coordonnant les migrations de tenants Azure AD/Entra ID et les trajectoires de migration des endpoints telles que SCCM vers Intune tout en maintenant les services en production et auditables.
The Mission
Vous piloterez un programme de projets stratégiques d'infrastructure et de sécurité pour une importante autorité fédérale belge de sécurité alimentaire, dont la priorité immédiate est de sortir d'un tenant cloud gouvernemental partagé afin de pouvoir déployer un MDR dédié. Le paysage technique comprend des tenants Azure AD/Entra ID, la gestion des endpoints (SCCM, Intune), des plateformes de virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), du stockage SAN, ainsi que des travaux de segmentation réseau et de firewalling nécessaires pour satisfaire les contrôles NIS2.
Dans ce rôle, vous planifierez, préparerez et exécuterez la séparation des tenants puis prendrez la direction côté client pour l'implémentation SECaaS2 réalisée par un prestataire externe. Vous définirez l'architecture d'identité, séquencerez les migrations de tenants, piloterez l'intégration des fournisseurs et assurerez la gouvernance et le reporting qui rendent la conformité NIS2 pratique et durable. Parallèlement au SECaaS2, vous gèrerez ou contribuerez à des projets connexes tels que la sélection MFA/IGA, la migration SCCM vers Intune et les efforts d'anonymisation des données.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the shared-tenant exit and Azure AD/Entra ID tenant migrations, minimising user impact and operational risk.
- Manage the SECaaS2 implementation as the client-side project lead, coordinating the external MDR provider and ensuring architectural alignment with identity and network teams.
- Define and validate identity architecture, migration waves, rollback plans and acceptance criteria aligned to NIS2 and GDPR constraints.
- Drive vendor management, stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, presenting clear decision points, risk mitigations and progress metrics.
- Oversee related infrastructure work: SCCM to Intune migrations, network segmentation and firewalling, virtualization and SAN activities.
- Apply Prince2 or equivalent project governance to control scope, timelines, risks and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Your Profile
Essential Skills
- 10+ years leading complex IT infrastructure projects, delivering cross-functional outcomes.
- 10+ years using Prince2 or an equivalent structured project methodology.
- 4+ years experience in stakeholder management, supplier follow-up and executive reporting.
- 4+ years delivering cloud and tenant migrations or cloud introductions, with hands-on Azure AD/Entra ID experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2 requirements and their impact on identity and security design.
- Practical experience with endpoint management and migrations, specifically SCCM and Intune.
- Basic knowledge of network architecture, segmentation and firewalling, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and SAN environments.
- 2+ years applying GDPR concepts, data anonymisation or data classification in projects.
- Strong communicator, structured decision maker and experienced coordinator of multidisciplinary teams.
