A national Belgian HR services organisation has an immediate need for a senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruitment across multiple HR domains. The role focuses on corporate and operational hiring for occupational prevention, nursing and medical staff, social secretariat and internal HR profiles, with hands-on use of Workday Recruiting and other ATS tools.
The mission
You will join a central talent acquisition function that services several business units across the organisation, responsible for filling specialist HR, medical and operational roles. The team handles varied hiring profiles from nurses and occupational health physicians to social secretariat specialists and internal HR advisors, working to standard corporate processes and an established ATS landscape.
Day to day you will run end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from defining profiles with hiring managers to delivering shortlists and closing offers. You will be expected to operate independently, provide clear stakeholder updates, maintain candidate data quality in Workday Recruiting, and hand over new hires to HR operations for onboarding.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for HR, medical and operational roles, delivering qualified shortlists that meet agreed timelines and hiring criteria
- Manage candidate pipelines and data integrity inside Workday Recruiting and the ATS to ensure compliant, auditable recruitment records
- Advise and align hiring managers on role profiles, selection criteria and interview processes to improve quality of hire
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer negotiations, securing timely acceptances and smooth transitions to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill
- Monitor recruitment metrics and propose incremental improvements to sourcing, screening and candidate experience
Your profile
Essential skills
- Senior talent acquisition experience, with proven success filling corporate, clinical or operational roles
- Practical experience using Workday Recruiting or equivalent ATS for candidate management and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work independently within a corporate HR environment
- Clear, professional communication in Dutch and French when interacting with hiring managers and candidates
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a focus on candidate experience and process compliance
