Fednot ICT is the IT centre of expertise for the national notary sector, building digital platforms that support over 1,000 notary offices and serve millions of citizens. This Team Leader Product Development role exists to run the product lifecycle for one or more production applications, combining hands-on product development oversight with agile coaching and stakeholder management to keep releases predictable and secure.
The mission
The product area sits inside a 140+ person IT organisation responsible for legal and administrative platforms used across Belgium. The technical landscape uses agile teams, a product backlog-driven delivery model, and a move toward continuous delivery; work affects high-trust services that must meet security, confidentiality and auditability requirements. Deliveries are regular, production-facing and used by both professionals and the public.
Day to day you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned applications, from analysis through L3 support. You will lead a mixed team of developers, functional analysts and testers, translate the product managers scope into delivery plans, remove impediments, and ensure releases meet agreed quality and security standards. You will also coach teams and stakeholders in agile practices, track OKRs and KPIs, and help the organisation adopt continuous delivery and chapter-based ways of working.
