Als Project Manager Business pas je projectmanagementmethoden en businessanalyse toe om trainingsmateriaal te ontwikkelen over fiscale specificiteiten voor buitenlandse cliënten, en om verantwoorde verkoop op afstand en transactionele controleprocessen te vereenvoudigen.
The Mission
Het team ondersteunt transversale projecten rond risico, compliance en klantgerichte salesprocessen, en werkt aan programma's zoals het uitwerken van trainingen rond cross-border klantenspecificiteiten, IMS-gerelateerd transactioneel controlearbeid en vereenvoudiging van de governance rond remote selling. Werk wordt geleverd aan meerdere interne stakeholders binnen operations, compliance en business lines, en de uitkomsten beïnvloeden front-office procedures en audit-paraathheid.
Dagelijks wissel je af tussen de rol van business analyst en projectmanager: reglementaire en zakelijke vereisten verzamelen, een coherent trainingspakket vormgeven, governance- en vergaderstructuren opzetten en stakeholder co-creatie verzekeren. Je leidt workshops, volgt beslissingen en risico's op en zorgt dat actieplannen consensus bereiken en door verantwoordelijke teams worden uitgevoerd.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by defining and maintaining a clear governance and meeting structure, producing decisions and action logs that lead to measurable progress.
- Deliver coherent training collateral by consolidating regulatory inputs and business rules, ensuring materials meet audit and compliance expectations.
- Manage project scope, schedule and risk using formal project management methods and tools, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to secure buy-in, synthesise feedback and convert it into actionable plans.
- Monitor and escalate finance and risk impacts, producing cost or control-related recommendations where relevant.
- Maintain project documentation and handover packages so initiatives are operationalised by business teams without loss of fidelity.
Your Profile
Essential Skills
- At least 3 years delivering projects in large organisations, able to operate across business, compliance and operations.
- Strong command of project management methods, processes and tools, able to apply them pragmatically to governance and training delivery.
- Practical business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping and creating concise training or functional specifications.
- Solid understanding of finance and risk concepts relevant to retail and private banking operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation capabilities, able to build consensus and drive decisions.
