Een gedeelde overheids-cloudtenant is de enige technische barrière voor een betere security posture en NIS2‑gereedheid. Als Project Manager SECaaS2 & Infrastructuurprojecten zal u instaan voor de exit van de tenant en de opvolging van de SECaaS2‑uitrol, waarbij u de Azure AD/Entra ID tenantmigraties en endpoint‑migratiepaden zoals SCCM naar Intune coördineert, terwijl de diensten beschikbaar en auditbaar blijven.
The Mission
U zal een programma van strategische infrastructuur‑ en securityprojecten leiden voor een grote Belgische federale voedselveiligheidsautoriteit, waarbij de directe prioriteit bestaat uit het verlaten van een gedeelde overheidscloudtenant zodat een dedicated MDR kan worden ingezet. Het technische landschap omvat Azure AD/Entra ID tenants, endpointbeheer (SCCM, Intune), virtualisatieplatformen (VMware/Hyper-V), SAN‑opslag en netwerksegmentatie en firewalling die nodig zijn om aan NIS2‑controls te voldoen.
In deze rol zal u de tenantseparatie plannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren en vervolgens als opdrachtgeverzijde het projectleiderschap opnemen voor de SECaaS2‑implementatie die door een externe leverancier wordt geleverd. U zal de identity‑architectuur definiëren, tenantmigraties in waves plannen, leveranciersintegratie sturen en governance en rapportering voeren die NIS2‑conformiteit praktisch en duurzaam maken. Naast SECaaS2 zal u gelijktijdige projecten beheren of daaraan bijdragen zoals MFA/IGA‑selectie, SCCM naar Intune migratie en inspanningen rond data‑anonimisering.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the shared-tenant exit and Azure AD/Entra ID tenant migrations, minimising user impact and operational risk.
- Manage the SECaaS2 implementation as the client-side project lead, coordinating the external MDR provider and ensuring architectural alignment with identity and network teams.
- Define and validate identity architecture, migration waves, rollback plans and acceptance criteria aligned to NIS2 and GDPR constraints.
- Drive vendor management, stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, presenting clear decision points, risk mitigations and progress metrics.
- Oversee related infrastructure work: SCCM to Intune migrations, network segmentation and firewalling, virtualization and SAN activities.
- Apply Prince2 or equivalent project governance to control scope, timelines, risks and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Your Profile
Essential Skills
- 10+ years leading complex IT infrastructure projects, delivering cross-functional outcomes.
- 10+ years using Prince2 or an equivalent structured project methodology.
- 4+ years experience in stakeholder management, supplier follow-up and executive reporting.
- 4+ years delivering cloud and tenant migrations or cloud introductions, with hands-on Azure AD/Entra ID experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2 requirements and their impact on identity and security design.
- Practical experience with endpoint management and migrations, specifically SCCM and Intune.
- Basic knowledge of network architecture, segmentation and firewalling, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and SAN environments.
- 2+ years applying GDPR concepts, data anonymisation or data classification in projects.
- Strong communicator, structured decision maker and experienced coordinator of multidisciplinary teams.
