The organisation is a mid-size public institution responsible for social benefits administration, currently running transformation projects that modernise the core business of unemployment allowance payments and related digital services. This role combines hands-on business analysis with coaching and training to build internal capability, working across ARC, PMO, strategy and IT on requirements, process modelling and delivery of user stories and specifications.
The mission
You will join transformation initiatives that touch the core payment processes for unemployment benefits and digitalisation tracks that improve automation and quality. The technical landscape includes legacy case management and payment systems, integration points with national identity and payment services, and a governance model that prioritises feasibility and traceability. Your work matters because accurate requirements and pragmatic process changes directly affect citizens and operational reliability.
Day to day you will lead end-to-end business analysis for projects: eliciting and structuring functional and non-functional requirements, modelling current and target processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting validation, testing and deployment. You will also design and run coaching and training activities to raise internal business analysis capability, mentor colleagues moving into BA roles, and progressively help form an autonomous internal team of business analysts.
