A federal law enforcement organisation is executing a digital transformation through its Digital Transformation Office, modernising processes, IT foundations and data flows. This role joins the ePV project to replace paper incident reports with a fully digital workflow, working hands-on with Agile delivery and BPMN process modelling to translate operational needs into testable requirements.
The mission
The ePV project is a cross-organisational initiative with a national justice partner to digitalise the official report (procès-verbal) lifecycle, reduce administrative load and shorten processing times. The project combines process design, systems integration and user-centred change activities, delivered by a multidisciplinary team of internal and external colleagues under the DTO strategy. The technical landscape emphasises process orchestration, integration points to back-office systems and clear auditability of each digital report.
Day to day you will collect and analyse business and functional requirements, produce BPMN and UML artefacts that define the target process, and define a clear scope for development sprints. You will run workshops with stakeholders, translate requirements for developers and testers, provide second-line support after deployments, and produce impact analyses and regular project reporting. The assignment starts 01/07/2026 for an initial 110-day period and sits inside an ongoing transformation programme.
Your responsibilities
- Drive delivery of clear, testable requirements using BPMN and UML to reduce ambiguity between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Lead workshops and interviews to capture business needs and produce concise scope documents that steer sprint planning.
- Translate business processes into process models and user stories that developers and testers can implement and validate.
- Provide second-line support and training materials, ensuring users adopt the new digital reporting tools with minimal disruption.
- Produce regular impact assessments and status reports that inform programme governance and decision makers.
- Communicate changes and known issues through the agreed channels to keep stakeholders aligned.
